USE IT WHEN
  • Enclosures, chassis or brackets dominate the design
  • Volumes range from one to several thousand
  • Parts must be strong, light and cheap to iterate
  • Hardware, welding and finishing are needed in one supplier
LOOK ELSEWHERE WHEN
  • Geometry is solid or thick-walled — machine instead
  • Complex three-dimensional surfaces are required
  • Very tight tolerances are needed across formed features

Do you supply flat patterns or work from 3D?
Either. A 3D model plus a drawing with bend radii, hardware callouts and finish is the fastest to review.
Can inserts and hardware be fitted?
Yes — PEM-type hardware, welding, and assembly are quoted as part of the part, with the finish sequence stated.
