The selected partner manufactures under a confirmed specification, coordinated by our team on the ground.
05 — Inspect
Parts are checked against the agreed plan before shipment. Findings are reported, not filtered.
06 — Deliver
Parts, documentation and the delivery record arrive together.
07 — Iterate
Changes are versioned, priced and confirmed before they reach the floor.
