Quality framework
Inspection depth and documentation are agreed per project. What follows is the framework those decisions sit inside.
Supplier qualification
Partners are assessed on equipment, process history, quality record and capacity before they join the network, and reviewed against project performance afterwards.
Requirement review and DFM approval
Requirements are confirmed in writing before work starts, and design-for-manufacture decisions are documented so the reason for a change is not lost between revisions.
Inspection levels
Set per project, from visual and basic dimensional checks through to CMM data, material certificates and full first-article reports.

- Final inspection before shipment
Non-conformance
Findings are recorded, reported to you with the proposed disposition, and closed with corrective action. Delivery records are retained for the project.
Certificates
Partner certificates are shown only after verification, identifying the certificate owner, scope and validity. [VERIFY before display]
