How the network works
GProto works with a vetted network of specialist factories. We do not own partner factories, and we do not present their certifications as our own.
Why a network
No single factory is best at machining, moulding, casting and finishing. A network lets the process be chosen for the part rather than for the equipment that happens to be free.
How partners are selected
Equipment and capability match, process history in comparable work, quality record, capacity and responsiveness. Selection is per project, and re-evaluated on performance.
Coordination in China
Our team is on the ground with suppliers: schedules, quality checks, revisions and logistics are handled in person and in the same time zone as the factory.
Where accountability sits
You contract with GProto. We hold the requirements, manage the handoffs and answer for the outcome, regardless of which partner made the part.
