PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Product development, end to end
Six stages, one accountable team. You can enter at any stage and leave with documentation you own.

How the stages connect
Each stage has defined inputs, deliverables and decision gates. Nothing moves forward on an assumption: requirements are written down, reviewed with you, and carried into the next stage by the same project lead.
Entering mid-way
Most projects do not start at concept. Bring released drawings and we start at DFM; bring a working prototype and we start at validation. The stage map below shows what each phase expects as an input.
Industrial Design
Research, concepts, form, ergonomics, CMF
Mechanical Engineering
CAD, mechanisms, stack-up, simulation, DFM
Electronics + PCB
Architecture, schematic, layout, BOM, PCBA
Embedded Firmware
Drivers, connectivity, control logic, testing
Prototype Integration
Mechanical, electronics and firmware assembly
NPI + Production
EVT/DVT/PVT, tooling, pilot builds, scale-up
Bring us the idea, drawing, or problem.
We will map the fastest credible path forward.
